Dabo Swinney shares Clemson’s plan for Christmas

Dabo Swinney shared what the plans are for the Tigers this Christmas.

Dabo Swinney and the Clemson football team will be spending Christmas together.

The way their bowl schedule has been set up as they prepare for the Gator Bowl has lined up right with the holidays, meaning the team will be together for this Christmas. The team is in Jacksonville, preparing for the game and holding practices in Florida. Following their Christmas Eve practice, Swinney shared the Tigers’ Christmas plans.

“In the real world down here it’s Sunday so nothing’s open. It’s Christmas Eve so we’re going to have a little dinner tonight. We’ve got a little entertainment coming in. We’re going to have some fun with them and then we’ll have a big Christmas brunch for probably about 400 people tomorrow. All of our families and the team so we’ll do that. Probably have some guys sing and I think Santa’s gonna show up. Maybe have some gifts and so forth and then we’ll lock in, have a team meeting probably about noon. Full pads, Tuesday practice. Have a little scrimmage to end it up with our JV and keep getting ready for this game on the 29th.”
