Dabo Swinney gives an injury update on two Clemson starters ahead of Week 6 against Wake Forest

Dabo Swinney gives an update on Nate Wiggins and Antonio Williams.

Dabo Swinney and the Tigers have a Week 6 matchup back in Death Valley on Saturday against Dave Clawson and the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.

Heading into this matchup, the status of two Clemson starters remains uncertain. Swinney shared an update on the injury stats of cornerback Nate Wiggins and wide receiver Antonio Williams, but it is much of the same we’ve already heard this week.

“They are better. They are getting better,” Swinney said. “Like I said (Tuesday), they are day-to-day with their type of injuries, but they are improving every day.”

Day-to-day has been a theme with injuries for the Tigers this season, and he has not indicated whether Wiggins or Williams will play.
