With the transfer portal officially open and an absurd number of players entering, there are plenty of choices.
Colorado has seen quite a few players enter the portal, including walk-on tight end Michael Harrison and running back Anthony Hankerson. The Buffs’ top priority will be fixing the offensive line after Shedeur Sanders got sacked plenty this past season.
Well, they are wasting no time doing that and have offered former Arkansas OL Devon Manuel. The 6-foot-9, 310-pound Manuel tweeted on Tuesday that he spoke with Colorado assistant coach Andre’ Hart and received an offer from the Buffs:
Manuel is a huge player who would immediately help boost the Buffs’ offensive line.
After a great talk with @CoachHartCU I have earned a scholarship offer from The @CUBuffsFootball ⚫️🟡🦬 thank you @DeionSanders #GoBuffs @4thQtMentality @EDGEASSASSINS @BE_LEGENDARY__ @buffs_hq @CUBarstool @CoachReedLive pic.twitter.com/STLhejzZY0

The portal has already changed Colorado’s roster. Plus, offensive line coach Bill O’Boyle and Darian Hagan followed former CU offensive coordinator Sean Lewis to San Diego State.
So, there are plenty of changes in Boulder.
