After having a so-so game in a Week 14 loss against the Bucs, Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins moved from 13 to 14th in NFL.com’s quarterback rankings.
Cousins didn’t play particularly bad. He threw for 225 yards, one touchdown and zero interceptions. However, Cousins and the Vikings didn’t make the plays they needed to find the end zone more. While Dan Bailey shouldn’t have missed his field goal attempts, it’s better to score touchdowns regardless.
On the season, Cousins has thrown for 3,298 yards, 27 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.
His next game is an important one as the Vikings hope to keep their playoff hopes alive against the Bears. In a win earlier this season against the Bears, Cousins threw for 292 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.
To round out the NFC North, Aaron Rodgers ranks first, Matthew Stafford ranks 13th and Mitch Trubisky ranks 29th.
