The secret didn’t take long for most to figure out — Ron Rivera is likely the next coach of the Washington Redskins.
That means players have figured this out too and some went as far as reacting on social media.
As seen in the tweet above, running back Derrius Guice is one such guy who didn’t mind letting the world know he’s happy about his new coach.
And given Rivera’s reputation, how could Guice not be excited? Besides the obvious, Rivera’s teams have always been kind to running backs too.
Guice gets a new coach at a critical time in his career. After missing his rookie season, he appeared in five games this year and ran for 245 yards and two touchdowns on a 5.8 per-carry average.
