Cooper Kupp lists Oregon home for $3.5M, complete with a mini football field in a barn

Cooper Kupp is selling his home in Oregon for $3.5M, which comes with a custom training field in a 4,600-square-foot barn

Cooper Kupp spends part of his offseasons in the Pacific Northwest at his home in Oregon, but he’s selling the house where he did a lot of his training before the Rams’ Super Bowl season in 2021. According to Forbes, Kupp has listed his Oregon home for $3.5 million.

Based on the listing on Realtor.com, it features six beds and six baths and spans 7,677 square feet, situated on 4 acres of land. It also includes a guest house and a massive 4,600-square-foot barn, which Kupp turned into a custom field where he would train in the offseason.

There’s a three-car garage attached to the house and a four-car detached garage, which as you can see in the photos below is being used as a home gym and game room, complete with a sauna, as well.

There’s a one-bedroom guest house that’s 1,977 square feet on its own and is attached to the four-car garage.

“Our family made a lot of incredible memories in that home but, man, that barn really is special,” Kupp told Forbes via email. “I did the majority of my off-season prep there in the lead-up to our Super Bowl season. Also, and maybe, more importantly, I got to make memories with my family running around and playing on that turf. We’ll never forget it.”
