Outside of an average performance against the Commanders in Week 16, Quinyon Mitchell has been locking down opposing wide receivers all season. After earning the nickname ‘Quintanamo Bay’, the Eagles cornerback opened another facility.
Before Sunday’s game against Dallas, his teammate and talented cornerback Cooper DeJean arrived at the stadium wearing a San Quinyon hoodie.

A likely first-team All-Rookie pick and a potential All-Pro, Mitchell allowed his first touchdown in Week 16 to Terry McLaurin after going more than 500 snaps without a score.
According to Pro Football Focus, Mitchell has logged 257 run-defense snaps and 467 coverage snaps. He has allowed just 28 receptions and earned an impressive 76.3 coverage grade. His overall grade is 74.6.
