Connaughton scores 14 as Bucks drop game two

Another strong night for Planet Pat but another loss for the Bucks

Despite a fast start Thursday night the Milwaukee Bucks dropped game two of the NBA Finals, 118-108.  A 30-16 edge in the second quarter for Phoenix gave the Suns an edge they wouldn’t look back from.

Former Notre Dame star Pat Connaughton scored 14 points for Milwaukee in the loss, hitting four three-pointers as well as an additional field goal.  He also hauled in seven rebounds while playing 34 minutes.

The series now moves to Milwaukee where the Bucks are desperate for a win as they trail the best-of-seven series 2-0.

Game three of the 2021 NBA Finals is scheduled to tip-off at 8 p.m. on Sunday night.
