The Indianapolis Colts (6-8) and Carolina Panthers (5-9) have released their inactive players list ahead of the Week 16 matchup at Lucas Oil Stadium.
The Colts ruled out three players before the weekend began and had one player listed as questionable. Safety Malik Hooker, who was questionable, is active for the game.
