Colts’ 2023 NFL draft big board: Running Backs

The Colts don’t need to draft a RB before Day 3, but here’s our big board for the position in 2023.

The Indianapolis Colts are going into the 2023 NFL draft with a solid backfield led by one of the league’s best in Jonathan Taylor.

This position may not even be on the list of needs for the team going into the draft, but this is a class that boasts a lot of depth even if there are question marks with a good portion of the prospects.

There is no reason the Colts need to spend earlier than a Day 3 pick on a running back if they really wanted to draft one. Even then, it might behoove them to wait until the fifth round. The room is solid with Taylor, Zack Moss and Deon Jackson, and they can probably scoop up some intriguing talent after the draft.
