The Colorado Avalanche (31-9-4) play the second part of a three-game set against the St. Louis Blues (19-19-6) Saturday with a 3 p.m. ET puck drop at Enterprise Center. Below, we analyze the Avalanche-Blues odds and lines, with NHL picks and predictions.
The Avalanche doubled up the Blues 4-2 in their first game back on the ice since April 14. Colorado has won five in a row despite the eight-day hiatus, last tasting defeat on April 7 in Minnesota.
The Blues are on a three-game skid, losing two of the games to the Avalanche. St. Louis has dropped five straight meetings with Colorado since winning the regular-season opener 4-1 in Denver back on Jan. 13.

Avalanche at Blues: Odds, lines, predictions and picks
Prediction
Avalanche 4, Blues 3
Money line (ML)
The AVALANCHE (-165) have rattled off five straight wins against the Blues (+140), so it’s hard to trust St. Louis on the money line.
Yes, Philipp Grubauer remains on the COVID list, but Dubnyk has done a good enough job since being tasked with holding down the fort.

Against the spread (ATS)
The BLUES +1.5 (-175) will cost you a pretty penny, but they’re not a bad play on home ice. Yes, St. Louis has lost three straight outings, but two of the games are one-goal losses. Trust Binnington and the Blues to keep it close.
Over/Under (O/U)
The OVER 6 (-115) is worth a small-unit play after a push in the first game of the set. The Blues are averaging 5.5 goals per game across the past six outings, while the Avalanche have exactly four goals in each of their past four contests.
