Alabama football’s 2023 season has officially begun, and while there’s not a long-term answer to the quarterback situation yet, Jalen Milroe is the starter for Game 1 against Middle Tennessee.
The three-man quarterback race, which turned into a four-man competition, lasted throughout the offseason and featured a transfer, a true freshman and two returning quarterbacks.
For now, Milroe takes the field as the winner, and fans were quick to take to Twitter to share their thoughts.
