Even though there appears to be a bit of in-conference concern and disagreement, Oklahoma and Texas seem okay with everything, and the medical side of things aren’t putting a halt to this yet.
Worth noting: Big 12's Bob Bowlsby said so far that medical advisors have not told the conference to stop preparing for the season.

Best Guess Status For 2020: 65% will play

Old Dominion announced on Monday it was cancelling its 2020 college football season, but the rest of the conference keeps on pushing forward.
One big difference between C-USA and some of the other Group of Five conferences – most schools aren’t crushed by losing non-conference games.
Charlotte and North Carolina are going to hook up, and Middle Tennessee just announced a date with Army for early in September.
The conference was firm a week ago that the season was on, and it hasn’t wavered at all. There are still scheduling hurdles, but …

BYU Best Guess Status For 2020: 80%, but it needs games. It has a scheduled battle with Navy, but it lost a slew of dates with the Big Ten and Mountain West.
Liberty Best Guess Status For 2020: 95%. Not to get political, but you know how tight this school is with you-know-who, right?
New Mexico State Best Guess Status For 2020: 20%. Football activities were shut down last week after a positive test, but finding games is the issue with six originally scheduled against Mountain West, MAC and Pac-12 teams.
Notre Dame Best Guess Status For 2020: 90% if the ACC is a go.
UConn Best Guess Status For 2020: 0%. Announced it was cancelling the fall sports schedule.
UMass Best Guess Status For 2020: 30%. There need to be a few makeup games somewhere with the loss of UConn, New Mexico, and Akron, but it’s workable.

Announced on Monday that it’s closing down the fall season, however, it’s leaving open the possibility for Air Force to play Army and Navy. It’s also talking about a possible spring season.
