Christian Darrisaw does not start

Despite being active, Darrisaw doesn’t get the start.

Things were looking good for Minnesota Vikings left tackle Christian Darrisaw to play when he was made active with an ankle injury. The injury may be worse than anticipated, as Darrisaw didn’t start the game, nor play in the first quarter.

Starting the game for Darrisaw was Oli Udoh, who through one quarter has looked just fine in his place.

This is a tough one for the Vikings and Darrisaw, who is from the Philadelphia area and spoke about how much he wanted to play in this game.

Just because Darrisaw didn’t start the game, doesn’t mean he won’t play, especially if the Vikings get down.

The Vikings are up 7-3 early in the second quarter.
