Chris Paul to start next to Steph Curry and Klay Thompson in Warriors’ preseason opener on Saturday

Steve Kerr revealed the Warriors starting lineup for their preseason opener against the Lakers on Saturday.

With media day wrapped up, the Golden State Warriors are preparing for their preseason opener on Saturday: a playoff rematch against the Los Angeles Lakers.

With the start of the preseason looming, Steve Kerr has already revealed who will start against the Lakers on Saturday at San Francisco’s Chase Center.

Following the Warriors’ first practice of training camp on Tuesday, Kerr announced new addition Chris Paul would start alongside Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Andrew Wiggins and Kevon Looney against the Lakers on Saturday.

With Draymond Green dealing with a sprained ankle to start training, the Warriors will have the opportunity to experiment with Paul in the starting lineup early in the preseason.
