Chiefs-Titans odds and lines: Kansas City heavy favorite over Tennessee for AFC Championship

In a battle for the AFC Championship and a trip to the Super Bowl, the Kansas City Chiefs are heavy favorites over Tennessee Titans

The Kansas City Chiefs (13-4) host the Tennessee Titans (11-7) for the AFC Championship crown Sunday at 3:05 p.m. ET.

To no surprise, the Chiefs, coming off a 51-31 victory over the Houston Texans in the divisional round, are solid 7.5-point favorites over Tennessee. The No. 6 seed Titans have already upset the New England Patriots and Baltimore Ravens on the road, so they’ll be looking to extend their streak to earn an appearance in Super Bowl LIV.

Chiefs-Titans odds and lines

If you’re new to sports betting, Kansas City (-371) is a full chalk pick here as the heavy favorite. It would require a $371 wager to profit $100 with an outright win. Meanwhile, the Titans (+290) continue to bring long odds – and high-profit potential – as a $100 wager on them profits $290 with an upset.

Tennessee is spotted 7.5 points as the underdog, which means they need to lose by no more than 7 points or outright win in order for a bet against the spread (ATS) to hit for them. BetMGM has a -110 cost on both sides of the spread. As the favorite, the Chiefs would have to win by at least 8 points in order to cash in on an ATS wager. Look for this line to fluctuate as the week goes along.

BetMGM oddsmakers anticipate a fairly high-scoring affair. The game has an Over/Under set at 51.5 points, with -121 odds on the Over and Even/+100 on the Under.
