Chiefs vs. Texans: Patrick Mahomes trucks defenders, scores gritty touchdown

#Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes trucked #Texans defenders to score a gritty rushing touchdown in Kansas City’s Week 16 matchup against Houston.

The Kansas City Chiefs are off to a hot start in their Week 16 matchup against the Houston Texans.

After an interception by rookie defensive back Jaden Hicks on the game’s opening drive, quarterback Patrick Mahomes made short work of the Texans’ defense with a quick scoring drive.

Mahomes marched Kansas City’s offense down the field with ease and got wide receiver Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown involved on a clutch fourth-down conversion that kept the drive alive.

When Mahomes found himself in the red zone, he decided to take matters into his own hands and trucked one of Houston’s defenders to score a gritty rushing touchdown.

The Chiefs posted a video of Mahomes’ outstanding score to their official Twitter account:

Mahomes’ ankle injury was the biggest question heading into today’s game, but judging from his agility and speed on this touchdown run, the former Texas Tech Red Raider doesn’t seem to be hindered by his condition.
