The Jags may have drafted the strongest receiver in the 2020 class with Laviska Shenault Jr., who proved to be physical while at Colorado.

The Jacksonville Jaguars selected Colorado receiver Laviska Shenault Jr. with the No. 42 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Heading into Day 2 of the draft receiver was believed to be a priority because the team went all defense in Round 1 by taking C.J. Henderson and K’Lavon Chaisson. While the Jags did add tight end Tyler Eifert, many knew Gardner Minshew II would need more around him and Shenault gives him a versatile weapon that has been used in the slot, on the outside, and out of the backfield.
