The Badgers football team hosted #3 Ohio State for a conference matchup on Saturday at Camp Randall, falling to the Buckeyes 24-10. The game was knotted up at 10 a piece in the third quarter, but Wisconsin wasn’t able to pull away and secure the upset.
The Badgers defense stepped up in the tough matchup, intercepting the Ohio State quarterback Kyle McCord twice while also forcing a fumble on a sack. Most notably, Wisconsin cornerback Ricardo Hallman snatched his fifth interception in the loss.
As for offense, Braedyn Locke threw for 165 yards and a touchdown in the contest while Braelon Allen had 50 yards on 10 carries before exiting the game with a leg injury.
For the Buckeyes, running back TreVeyon Henderson churned out 162 yards and a score on 24 carries while wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr had six catches for 123 yards and two scores.
