The fantastic “NBA on TNT” crew was back doing their thing Tuesday night and once again they had a priceless moment that involved Charles Barkley… and a great Larry Johnson reference by Shaquille O’Neal.
Ernie Johnson went around the table listing the worst losses suffered by Kenny Smith, Shaquille O’Neal, and Barkley during their NBA careers. This all stemmed from the Clippers losing by 52 points on Sunday and the Bucks beating the Heat by 47 points Tuesday night.
When it came around to Barkley, the Hall of Famer found out he once lost agame by 52 points, which was news to him. Barkley’s Sixers lost to the Charlotte Hornets 136-84 way back in 1992.
Barkley’s reaction was too good:
“I DID?” 😭🤣
Chuck couldn’t believe his worst loss was by 52 PTS. pic.twitter.com/vXinjTKL3G

Yup, he absolutely did:
Shaq’s Grandmama reference, of course, was about the great Larry Johnson, who had 19 points in that game.
