Charles Barkley calls Bucks blowing 17-point loss to Nets ’embarrassing for basketball’

“That was one the dumbest games.”

Everyone’s talking about Kevin Durant after a historic Game 5 that carried the Brooklyn Nets to a comeback victory in a must-win playoff contest.

That should be the case. Dude put up at 49-17-10 triple double to go along with two blocks and three steals.

But as Charles Barkley pointed out on Inside the NBA, the Bucks have some responsibility here too, blowing a 17-point lead. His take? Milwaukee was destroying the Nets in the paint, but they kept shooting threes, perhaps because that’s their style of play.

“That was one the dumbest games,” he said. “I am so mad right now, because they have a bunch of really good guys and they played dumb and they deserved to lose that game.”

Oof. But he might be right.
