After trailing, quarterback Justin Herbert connected with receiver Mike Williams for a wide-open 72-yard touchdown.
The Browns had a miscommunication with their coverage which gave Herbert plenty of time to find Williams.
Herbert has completed 6 for 11 passes for 130 yards with two touchdowns thus far. Williams has 3 catches, 86 yards and one touchdown.
