Chargers’ updated draft order following compensatory picks

The Los Angeles Chargers were not awarded a compensatory pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

The Los Angeles Chargers weren’t awarded any compensatory picks for the 2020 NFL Draft.

However, that doesn’t mean it’s not going to affect the order of their selections.

As 15 teams were awarded additional picks in the draft, the Bolts’ draft order on Day 3 will change from what it was earlier this offseason.

Here’s an updated draft order for the Chargers in the 2020 NFL Draft:

  • Round 1, No. 6
  • Round 2, No. 37
  • Round 3, No. 71
  • Round 4, No. 112 (Previous: No. 102)
  • Round 5, No. 151 (Previous: No. 133)
  • Round 6, No. 186 (Previous: No. 166)
  • Round 7, No. 220 (Previous: No. 197)

It was speculated that Los Angeles was going to receive a compensatory draft pick for the loss of wide receiver Tyrell Williams, who signed with the Raiders last offseason. But the signings of linebacker Thomas Davis and quarterback Tyrod Taylor cancelled it out.
