At No. 19 is Georgia senior linebacker Monty Rice. Out of Huntsville, Alabama, Rice is set to be a leader on one of the best defenses in America. Last season, Rice was named to the Associated Press All-SEC 2nd Team and was the co-winner of Georgia’s Vince Dooley Defensive MVP award.
