We’re still a long way from the elites on Notre Dame’s 2020 schedule but we’re getting into the territory of teams that could at least cause some issues if not taken entirely seriously on a given Saturday.
The OK opponents:
Duke is far from the laughing stock they were after Steve Spurrier left for Florida but have a long way to go before they’re competing for an ACC Championship again. The Blue Devils come in at No. 51 on Fiutak’s list.
Alright, that was fun. After Duke there is a decent gap in the College Football News rankings until we see a slew of Notre Dame opponents ranked very-near each other.
