Navy checks in 75th which by Navy standards feels low. 2018 was a rare miss for the Midshipmen as they went just 3-10 before bouncing back with an 11-2 mark in 2019.
Arkansas is found next as Notre Dame’s lone SEC opponent this year comes in at 68. The Razorbacks enter 2020 under the guidance of new head coach Sam Pittman.
Georgia Tech has been a team under transformation, entering year two away from the triple-option attack. The Yellow Jackets still have a long way to go as they check in at 65.
