Celtics’ Marcus Smart on using his clothing line to fight cancer

Smart has used his foundation to acquire what he has dubbed “Smart Carts”, mobile entertainment center carts for kids fighting cancer while getting treatment in hospitals.

Veteran Boston Celtics point guard Marcus Smart recently put together a pop-up shop for the Young Game Changer organization to support Smart’s foundation. Smart has used his foundation to acquire what he has dubbed “Smart Carts“, mobile entertainment center carts for kids fighting cancer while getting treatment in hospitals to keep in touch with friends and family, and of course for fun.

The folks over at the CLNS Media Boston Sports Network interviewed the Flower Mound native about his Young Game Changer organization Smart Carts, his work with the Be The Match foundation dedicated to increasing the availability of blood, bone marrow, and medical access for Black people fighting diseases.
