Week 4 fantasy football injury report

This week’s key game-time decisions: WR Marquise Brown, WR Deebo Samuel, QB Deshaun Watson, TE Tyler Higbee, RB Miles Sanders

ARIZONA CARDINALS 
QB Kyler Murray
(knee) is on the PUP as he recovers from a torn ACL. WR Marquise Brown (thumb) was limited Thursday and Friday and carries a questionable tag. RB James Conner (back) was limited Wednesday but a full-go Thursday and Friday. He’ll play.

ATLANTA FALCONS 
RB Cordarrelle Patterson (thigh) was limited Thursday and Friday and will be questionable again.

BALTIMORE RAVENS 
WR Odell Beckham Jr. (ankle) and WR Rashod Bateman (hamstring) are out. RB Justice Hill (foot) graduated to a full practice Friday but is questionable. RB Gus Edwards (concussion) worked all week and will be good to go.

BUFFALO BILLS 
No injuries of fantasy relevance.

CAROLINA PANTHERS  
QB Bryce Young (ankle) worked all week and will return. RB Miles Sanders (groin) is questionable after limited work Wednesday and Thursday and no work Friday. WR Jonathan Mingo (concussion) also is questionable, but he had a full practice Friday. WR DJ Chark Jr. (hamstring) upgraded to a full practice Friday and will play.

CHICAGO BEARS 
No injuries of fantasy relevance.

CINCINNATI BENGALS 
QB Joe Burrow
(calf) had full sessions all week and will play.

CLEVELAND BROWNS
QB Deshaun Watson (shoulder) was limited all week and draws the questionable tag. RB Jerome Ford was limited Wednesday and had full sessions the rest of the week. He doesn’t carry an injury tag. Nor does RB Kareem Hunt (ribs, groin), who was limited Thursday and Friday. TE David Njoku (face, arm) was added as questionable on Saturday after burning himself while lighting a backyard fire pit.

DALLAS COWBOYS
No injuries of fantasy relevance.

DENVER BRONCOS
WR Jerry Jeudy (knee) upgraded to a full session Friday after limited work the previous two days. He’ll play.

DETROIT LIONS – Played Thursday
RB David Montgomery (thigh) returned and ran wild with 32 carries for 121 yards and three scores.

GREEN BAY PACKERS – Played Thursday
RB Aaron Jones (hamstring) and WR Christian Watson (hamstring) returned for Week 4 and played 20 and 26 snaps, respectively. 

HOUSTON TEXANS

RB Jonathan Taylor (ankle) is on the PUP for one more week. QB Anthony Richardson (concussion) worked all week and appears ready to return.

QB Jimmy Garoppolo (concussion) is questionable after limited work Thursday and Friday.

LOS ANGELES CHARGERS
RB Austin Ekeler (ankle) is in danger of missing another game as he’s listed as doubtful. He worked in limited fashion all week. WR Keenan Allen (hip) also had limited work Friday, but he doesn’t carry an injury tag. TE Gerald Everett (illness) practiced Friday and is good to go.

LOS ANGELES RAMS 
WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring) is on IR and hopes to return in Week 5. TE Tyler Higbee (Achilles) is questionable after upgrading to limited work Friday. WR Puka Nacua (oblique) had full sessions Thursday and Friday and will continue playing through the injury.

WR Brandin Cooks (knee) practiced Thursday and Friday and is poised to return in Week 3.
