Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury odds for their heavyweight championship bout, with expert picks and predictions.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”4141″ ]

In a 12-round heavyweight championship bout, Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury will meet in the main event Saturday at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The start time for the card will be 10 a.m. ET, and it is available on DAZN pay-per-view. The main event is scheduled for approximately 5:55 p.m. ET. Let’s analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Usyk vs. Fury odds, and make our expert boxing picks and predictions.

Records: Usyk (22-0-0, 14 KOs) | Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs)

Usyk and Fury meet in a rematch at Kingdom Arena. These 2 fighters battled May 24, with the Ukrainian southpaw Usyk earning a split-decision victory. It was the first loss of Fury’s career.

The first bout in May was a tale of 3 bouts, really. Usyk came out with a fury in the early rounds, while the Englishman took over in the middle rounds.

In the later rounds, the Ukrainian southpaw was much more aggressive, going back on the attack after being pushed around for a couple of rounds by the bigger fighter. In fact, as Usyk worked the body late, the ropes and clock appeared to save Fury, who was officially ruled down in Round 9. The size difference is reminiscent of Rocky IV, and Ivan Drago vs. Rocky Balboa.

Usyk will have 3 straps on the line in this rematch — the WBA, WBC and WBO belts. He was forced to vacate the IBF belt to Daniel Dubois for not facing the top contender.

Usyk vs. Fury picks and predictions

Fight result (2-way line or moneyline)

USYK (-154) is not priced out of line as a moderate favorite. He seems to be all business, while Fury (+126) is a bit more of a showman. He’ll use that serious nature to work the body in the corners, showing off his tremendous jab, while the Ukrainian wows the judges for value round victories as the fight goes along.

And while I certainly don’t like conspiracy theories, one could say this matchup is so interesting that we need a third and final trilogy matchup. I just don’t see Fury getting it done against Usyk, though. While the Briton is a much larger fighter, Usyk is like a piece of iron, and he takes a beating and just keeps coming at you.

Again, Usyk knows how to do enough to impressive the judges, and as such, going with USYK POINTS OR DECISION (+165) at plus-money is a sound bet.

Over/Under (O/U)

If you don’t necessarily want to pick a side, but want some action on this fight, YES (-150): WILL THE FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE? is a strong play. It’s hard to see a knockout occurring between these 2 seasoned fighters.

In addition to the distance prop, take a look at the following. In the ‘MOST PUNCHES LANDED’ – USYK (-164) is worth a look as a rather substantial favorite in the department.

On the flip side, for ‘MOST PUNCHES THROWN’ – FURY (-158) is also worth a play. The Gypsy King will be flailing away trying to score the big blow against Usyk, attempting to turn the tide in his favor. He won’t necessarily be accurate, but he will throw a lot more punches than the more calculated Usyk with his in-close jabs.

Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Friday’s Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson odds for their Netflix special bout, with expert picks and predictions.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”4141″ ]

In an 8-round fully sanctioned fight, Jake Paul and Mike Tyson will meet in the main event Friday night at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas (Netflix). The main event will feature 2-minute rounds rather than 10 or 12 rounds of 3 minutes. Let’s analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Paul vs. Tyson odds, and make our expert boxing picks and predictions.

Records: Paul (10-1-0, 7 KOs) | Tyson (50-6-0, 44 KOs)

Paul — a.k.a “The Problem Child” — made a name for himself as a YouTube sensation. There were a lot of detractors when it came to his endeavors in the ring, but he has slowly started to win people over by taking down some of the top combat sports fighters.

Paul has defeated the likes of Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley (twice), Anderson Silva and Nate Diaz, among others. He did suffer a loss to Tommy Fury at the Diriyah Arena in Saudi Arabia on Feb. 23, 2023, losing in the cruiserweight bout in a Pay-Per-View event. Paul was able to go the distance with the 23-year-old full-time boxer, though, and it might have been his most impressive showing despite the loss.

As far as “Iron Mike” Tyson is concerned, he is a Hall of Fame boxer. This fight was originally scheduled for the summer, but an ulcer with internal bleeding led to the postponement. At 58 years old, there are a lot of doubters that he will still bring the same kind of punching power he had from his days as champion. He enters the ring 31 years the elder of Paul, too, while Tyson has a 5-inch disadvantage in terms of reach.

The fighters will be wearing 14-ounce gloves, which is 4 ounces heavier than what most heavyweights typically wear. These are the kind of gloves usually worn during sparring for added protection. As such, this could be the most important factor when looking to determine a winner.

Paul vs. Tyson picks and predictions

Fight result (2-way line or moneyline)

This event on Netflix is for eyeballs, and for pure boxing enthusiasts it might be a little difficult to watch. MMA has taken off, and is the most watched combat sport now, and boxing has been dying for years. As such, Paul is looking to breathe new life, and bring attention, to the sweet science.

However, there are a few things going on there. First off, this won’t be the last time we see these 2 fight. In fact, I am expecting a trilogy, as the attention surrounding this event has just been too great. I am also expecting that TYSON (+164) uses his skill and experience to stay upright, and show why he has his nickname of “Iron Mike”, even at 58 years old. There will then be another fight. And another, until the public no longer wants to see it.

Over/Under (O/U)

In addition to Tyson getting the job done in what I expect to be the first of a few fights between these 2 fighters, look for OVER 5.5 ROUNDS (-112) to be a slam-dunk play.

There are few reasons for this play. First off, the gloves, with a lot more cushion, will negate some of Paul’s punching power. He is, after all, 31 years younger, and he has been getting a lot better in terms of his fighting skill and punching power. This kid takes things seriously, and is not a joke like a lot of stuck-up boxing purists think. But the glove weight will play a big role in keeping Tyson from eating too big of punches.

And, Tyson will put on a show. He might have lost a few steps, and he isn’t the spry young piece of iron he used to be. But, he still is a smart fighter, and he knows how to avoid walking into a big blow. The reach advantage for Paul aside, Tyson will be smart enough to protect himself, and avoid being knocked out.

I am not saying this will be a boring fight, but it will be decided on technique and points, not a knockout. As such, YES: WILL THE FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE? (+146) at plus-money is a very attractive play.

And, definitely play TYSON ON POINTS (+900) for the chance to multiply up by 9 times.

This is an incredible coincidence: On the same day Jake Paul was born — Jan. 17, 1997 — promoters announced the rematch between Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield. Tyson-Holyfield II turned out to be the legendary fight where Tyson bit Holyfield’s ear TWICE in an ill-fated bid to regain the heavyweight championship.

While that certainly wasn’t a highlight of Tyson’s career, it was one of many unique twists and turns that have kept sports fans interested in him for so many years. That’s one of the reasons why so many people are hyped for this fight at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

If Paul-Tyson goes the distance, then it will be eight two-minute rounds. If you have examined the Mike Tyson-Jake Paul odds and are inspired to bet on this heavyweight fight with Paul as a moderate favorite, then now’s a great time to take advantage of at least one of the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson betting promos detailed above.

For those wondering, Conor McGregor’s next fight is undetermined. The most popular athlete in the sport was set for his first fight in three years. It was to be June 29 against former Bellator lightweight champ Michael Chandler at the T-Mobile Arena in Last Vegas, but McGregor had to withdraw because of an undisclosed injury. A new date has not been scheduled.

Anthony Joshua vs. Daniel Dubois odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s Anthony Joshua vs. Daniel Dubois odds for their super middleweight fight, with expert picks and predictions.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

In a 12-round IBF world heavyweight championship bout, Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois meet Saturday at Wembley Stadium in London. The fight will take place at approximately 5:30 p.m. ET (DAZN), with the Pay-Per-View card beginning at 11 a.m. ET. Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Joshua vs. Dubois odds, and make our expert boxing picks and predictions.

Records: Joshua (28-3-0, 25 KOs) | Dubois (21-2-0, 20 KOs)

Joshua looks to snatch the IBF Interim World Heavyweight belt off of Dubois. He picked up a 2nd-round KO/TKO win over Francis Ngannou in early March in Saudi Arabia. He also had a win over Otto Wallin before that in Riyadh, while knocking out Robert Helenius in the 7th round at O2 arena in Aug. 2023.

Joshua has won 4 straight fights since losing back-to-back bouts to Oleksandr Usyk in Sept. 2021 in Tottenham, U.K., and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Dubois has picked up consecutive victories via TKO against Jarrell Miller and Filip Hrgovic in Riyadh. Before that, he also suffered a setback to Usyk, the class of the division, with a 9th-round loss via knockout.

Joshua stands just 1 inch taller than his counterpart, but he has a 4-inch reach advantage.

  • Total Rounds 7.5 (Over -125 | Under -110)
  • Will the fight go the distance? (Yes +300 | No -450)

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3012″ ]

Joshua vs. Dubois picks and predictions

Fight result (2-way line or moneyline)

Backing Joshua (-350) on the 2-way line will cost you 4 times your potential return. That’s way too much risk for not enough reward. On the flip side, you can’t trust Dubois (+280) straight for the upset, either.

Let’s get a little more specific. Joshua has 28 career victories, with 25 of those wins, or 89.29%, coming via knockout. So, if you like the Briton to win, you should like him to end this fight early via KO.

As such, play JOSHUA IN ROUNDS 7-12 (+188) in Round Group Betting 3, if you’re a little more on the conservative side.

If you’re a little more conservative, and you don’t want to declare a winner, playing ROUNDS 7-12 (+138) for when the fight will be won in Round Group Betting 4 is worth a play.

Over/Under (O/U)

No (-450): Will the fight go the distance? will cost you 4 times your potential return. That’s way too much risk, and not nearly enough reward.

While the fight isn’t expected to need the judges to decide a winner, it shouldn’t end prior to Round 7, either. OVER 7.5 ROUNDS (-125) is a solid play, as a result.

Canelo Alvarez vs. Edgar Berlanga odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s Canelo Alvarez vs. Edgar Berlanga odds for their super middleweight fight, with expert picks and predictions.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

In a 12-round WBC and WBO super middleweight championship bout, Canelo Alvarez and Edgar Berlanga meet Saturday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The fight will take place at approximately 11 p.m. ET (DAZN), with the Pay-Per-View card beginning at 8 p.m. ET. Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Canelo vs. Berlanga odds, and make our expert boxing picks and predictions.

Records: Canelo (61-2-2, 39 KOs) | Berlanga (22-0-0, 17 KOs)

The 34-year-old Canelo picked up the IBF, WBC and WBO super middleweight belts from Jaime Munguia in an unanimous decision at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Prior to that, he stopped Jermell Charlo at T-Mobile Arena, also by unanimous decision. He has won 4 in a row since losing via unanimous decision against Dmitrii Bivol.

In fact, each of Canelo’s past 5 fights have ended up going the distance. His last finish came in Round 11 over at MGM Grand Garden Arena, topping Caleb Plant via KO/TKO.

The 27-year-old Berlanga, a.k.a. “The Chosen One”, is looking to shock the world. He has never lost, while winning 17 of his 22 career bouts via KO/TKO, a 72.7% conversion rate.

Berlanga stopped Padraig McCrory in Orlando via KO/TKO, and he has fought at this venue before. He stopped Marcelo Coceres at T-Mobile Arena in a unanimous decision on Oct. 9, 2021.

Canelo has a 70 1/2-inch reach, while Berlanga has a 73-inch reach. The challenger also stands at 6-foot-1, while Canelo is just 5-foot-7 1/2.

To subscribe to DAZN and watch this, sign up here.

Canelo vs. Berlanga odds

Provided by BetMGM Sportsbook: access USA TODAY Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a full list. Lines last updated at 10:30 a.m. ET.

  • Fight result (2-way line): Alvarez -1600 (bet $1,600 to win $100) | Berlanga +800 (bet $100 to win $800)
  • Total Rounds 8.5 (Over -120 | Under -120)
  • Will the fight go the distance? (Yes +225 | No -300)

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3012″ ]

Canelo vs. Berlanga picks and predictions

Fight result (2-way line or moneyline)

Canelo (-2000) will set you back 20 times your potential return betting on the 2-way line, which means risking $100 for every $5 of profit.

It shouldn’t have to be said that betting such heavy favorites is not a good idea in the long run.

Let’s get a little more specific instead. CANELO ON POINTS (+250) for the chance to multiply up by 2 1/2 times is a much better bet. Berlanga is the much taller fighter, and he has a big reach advantage, too. He should be able to keep Canelo at a big of a distance, avoiding the big blow. However, Canelo is Canelo, and he’ll likely wow the judges, doing enough to get the job done on the scorecards of the judges.

Over/Under (O/U)

If you don’t want to back Canelo to win, yet still want action on this fight, YES (+225): WILL THE FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE? is a strong play. Canelo has ended up going the distance in 5 consecutive fights.

While Berlanga has won via decision just 5 times in 22 career bouts, he has fought a lot of tomato cans along the way, and not a future Hall of Famer like Canelo.

And, if you’re a little more on the conservative side, OVER 8.5 ROUNDS (-120) is a safe play.

2024 Brickyard 400 odds, picks and predictions

Looking at the odds for Sunday’s 2024 Brickyard 400, with NASCAR expert picks and predictions.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

The NASCAR Cup Series returns to Indianapolis Motor Speedway Sunday for the 2024 Brickyard 400 Presented by PPG. Green flag is scheduled to drop shortly after 2:30 p.m. ET (NBC). Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the 2024 Brickyard 400 odds, and make our expert NASCAR picks and predictions.

2024 Brickyard 400: What you need to know

  • The NASCAR Cup Series returns to the IMS rectangular track for the first time since July 5, 2020, with 160 laps on the 2.5-mile course, and it’s the first time fans are back for the Brickyard 400 since Sept. 8, 2019
  • NASCAR has visited Indianapolis from 2021-23, but it was on the road course for the Verizon 200 at the Brickyard, which was widely panned by fans
  • Team Penske driver Joey Logano has never won a NASCAR Cup Series race at the Brickyard, but he leads all active drivers (minimum 2 starts) with a 10.8 Average-Finish Position (AFP)
  • Richard Childress Racing driver Kyle Busch has 2 checkered flags at Indy, while posting 5 top-5 finishes and 12 top-10 runs with a circuit-best 324 laps led and 12.1 AFP in 16 career Cup starts
  • Joe Gibbs Racing driver Christopher Bell finished 12th in his only previous Cup start at the Brickyard back in July 2020. Bell was the 4th fastest in practice Saturday, posting a best speed of 181.371 mph
  • 23XI Racing’s Tyler Reddick also has 1 previous appearance at the Brickyard 400, posting an 8th-place finish despite never leading a lap in 2020. Reddick topped the charts with a best speed of 182.582 mph in practice Saturday
  • Hendrick’s Alex Bowman has struggled in his 5 career Cup starts at the Brickyard, last among active drivers with a 33.4 AFP. His best finish was 21st in September 2019. He did end up 5th in practice, posting a best speed of 180.390 mph
  • JGR’s Martin Truex Jr. will make his final Indy start, and the track hasn’t been kind to the New Jersey native. MTJ has just 1 top-5 finish and 3 top-10 results in 16 starts with a 22.4 AFP and 4 DNFs. MTJ struggled in practice, ending up 20th, with a best speed of just 179.294 mph
  • Legacy Motor Club driver Jimmie Johnson, a 4-time Brickyard winner with Hendrick, was 21st in practice with a best speed of 179.290 mph

2024 Brickyard 400 – Expert pick

Odds provided by BetMGM Sportsbook; access USA TODAY Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a full list. Lines last updated at 3:58 a.m. ET.

WILLIAM BYRON (+800) is a strong play for the chance to multiply up at 8 to 1.

The No. 24 car was in Victory Lane when Jeff Gordon won the inaugural Brickyard 400 back in 1994, and he took checkers 5 times. In 2024, with a return to Indianapolis, it’s worth a roll of the dice to back the 24 car. In 3 career Cup starts at the Brickyard, Byron has 19 laps led, a 4th-place finish in 2019, and a 16.7 AFP.

2024 Brickyard 400 – Contender

RCR’s KYLE BUSCH (+5000) has won twice at Indianapolis, albeit in a more powerful car with JGR.

However, he knows this track well, and he desperately needs a checkered flag to secure a spot in the playoffs. He is 18th in the standings, 275 points back of the top spot, with just 2 top-5 finishes and 130 laps led on the season. There is a reason he is a such a long shot, but it’s also a good reason to back him. A mere $2 wager nets a return of $100.

2024 Brickyard 400 – Prop Bet

KYLE BUSCH — TOP-10 FINISH (+150) is still worth a wager at plus-money. Thing’s haven’t gone according to plan for Busch in an RCR car. He has nearly as many DNFs (5) as he has top-10 finishes (6) this season. Still, Busch knows how to operate behind the wheel, and he is still one of the best drivers. For a top-10 finish, at a course he has had plenty of success, he is a strong play at plus-money.

BUBBA WALLACE — TOP-10 FINISH (+135) is also worth a look. Wallace has 3 career Cup appearances at the Brickyard with mixed results. He has a DNF, which came in his initial attempt in 2018, but he also has a 3rd-place run back in September 2019, and a respectable 9th-place run in 2020.

Mike Perry, right, is a former UFC fighter and current bare-knuckle boxer. He will face Jake Paul on Saturday in a traditional boxing match. [Chris Unger / Zuffa LLC via USA TODAY Sports]

Best Jake Paul vs Mike Perry Betting Promos – Preview of Saturday’s Fight

For those who are late to the story, Paul revealed his plans to fight Tyson four months ago with a YouTube video that featured him pretending to bite off a boxer’s ear and spitting the bloody appendage on the canvas.

They were scheduled to fight Saturday night at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, for a live Netflix audience. All those things are still in the cards — it’s just not going to happen until Nov. 15 because Tyson needed to take a break from training after suffering an ulcer-related medical emergency while flying in May.

With Paul needing a new opponent, Perry stepped up to the task. Much of the 32-year-old Perry’s fighting career has been spent with UFC, where he amassed a 7-8 record. He recently made the jump to the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, where he has fashioned a 5-0 record.

Saturday’s bout, however, will be a standard boxing match between these cruiserweights. Paul, who owns a 9-1 record versus various celebrities and MMA fighters, has been established as a solid favorite.

Whichever of these two fighters you want to bet on, make sure you take advantage of one or more of the best Jake Paul vs Mike Perry betting promos. You can start betting with huge limits for first-bet protection, guaranteed bonus bets and more. So activate your accounts now and start betting today!

Nate Diaz vs. Jorge Masvidal odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s Nate Diaz vs. Jorge Masvidal odds for their heavyweight fight, with expert picks and predictions.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

In a 10-round heavyweight bout, Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal meet Saturday at Honda Center in Anaheim. The fight will take place at approximately 11 p.m. ET (DAZN), with the Pay-Per-View card beginning at 9 p.m. ET. Let’s analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Diaz vs. Masvidal odds, and make our expert boxing picks and predictions.

Records: Diaz 0-1-0 (0 KOs) | Masvidal 1-0-0 (0 KOs)

Diaz has just 1 previous sanctioned bout in his boxing career, falling in his pro debut at American Airlines Center in Dallas against social media sensation turned boxer Jake Paul Aug. 5, 2023.

Diaz did a good job in the 10-round fight, eventually falling by unanimous decision, with Paul outpointing him 98-91, 98-91 and 97-92. Diaz was knocked down once in Round 5.

Masvidal also has a pro fight under his belt, winning via majority decision against Joseph Benjamin at the Radisson Mart Plaza Hotel in Miami June 28, 2005. He then went on to have a successful UFC career, including a TKO-Doctor’s Stoppage win in Round 3 at UFC 244 on Nov. 2, 2019.

These 2 rivals had a press conference June 6, and a brawl between the 2 camps took place, with Masvidal’s boxing coach getting attacked.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3012″ ]

Diaz vs. Masvidal picks and predictions

Fight result (2-way line or moneyline)

Masvidal (-270) will cost 2.7 times the potential return if you’d like to play the favorite on the 2-way moneyline. It’s not a recommended betting strategy to play such a heavy favorite, however.

Instead, let’s get a little more specific. While we saw a brawl at the presser in early June, the excitement in the ring between these former UFC rivals might be a bit more muted. These 2 pugilists have had just 2 pro bouts between them.

Look for the action to be a little slow out of the gate, building as we go, MASVIDAL BY POINTS OR DECISION (+135) at plus-money is a strong play.

Over/Under (O/U)

YES (-186): WILL FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE? is quite pricey, but it’s a good play in this battle.

We should see a slow go in the first few rounds as these guys try to get comfortable in the 1st half of the match. We should see some solid punches landed, and there will be a lot of anger growing as the match goes along. Masvidal was especially miffed with the way Diaz’s camp handled the brawl in June, and that has been festering for the past month. Masvidal should be able to get the job done via points.

Deontay Wilder vs. Zhilei Zhang odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s Deontay Wilder vs. Zhilei Zhang odds for their heavyweight fight, with expert picks and predictions.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

In a 12-round heavyweight bout, Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang meet Saturday at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The fight will take place at approximately 5:30 p.m. ET (DAZN). Let’s analyze FanDuel Sportsbook’s lines around the Wilder vs. Zhang odds, and make our expert boxing picks and predictions.

Records: Wilder (43-3-1, 42 KOs) | Zhang (26-2-1, 21 KOs)

Wilder is looking to bounce back from a unanimous-decision loss to Joseph Parker in December at this very same venue. He has lost 3 of his past 4 bouts, including a pair of knockout losses to Tyson Fury in Las Vegas.

The Alabama native will be looking to get on track. If he wins, it is likely to be via knockout. Wilder has 43 victories, and 42 have come via KO/TKO.

Wilder stands 6-foot-7 with a reach of 83 inches, holding a 1-inch height advantage over his counterpart. Zhang has a reach of just 78 inches. The Chinese fighter is much heavier, however, checking in at 282.8 pounds to just 214.6 pounds for Wilder, a difference of 68.2 pounds.

Zhang is also looking to rebound. He lost in his last fight to Parker via majority decision March 8. Prior to that, Zhang had back-to-back knockout victories over Britain’s Joe Joyce last year in London. Zhang is 0-2 in his 2 fights in Saudi Arabia, losing to Parker in March and ending up on the wrong side of a unanimous decision to Filip Hrgovic at Jeddah Superdome in August 2022.

Wilder vs. Zhang odds

Provided by FanDuel Sportsbook: access USA TODAY Sports Scores and Sports Betting Odds hub for a full list. Lines last updated at 6:21 a.m. ET.

  • Fight result (2-way line): Wilder +134 (bet $100 to win $134) | Zhang -162 (bet $162 to win $100)
  • Over/Under: 6.5 rounds (Over -126 | Under -102)
  • Will the fight go the distance? (Yes +350 | No -550)

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3012″ ]

Wilder vs. Zhang picks and predictions

Fight result (2-way line or moneyline)

Zhang (-162) did some good things last time out against Parker, including knockdowns in Rounds 3 and 8. It helped Zhang to a 113-113 mark on the scorecard of judge Zoltan Enyedi, although the other 2 judges gave the nod to Parker.

WILDER (+134) is a better value as the slight underdog … and the younger fighter — Wilder is 38, Zhang is 41. Wilder has been a shell of his former self lately, though, scoring just a 1st-round KO against an overwhelmed Robert Helenius at Barclays Center in Brooklyn in October 2022.

Still, he has that punching power, a huge reach advantage, and he’ll be the quicker fighter, as he carries nearly 70 fewer pounds on his frame.

Over/Under (O/U)

OVER 6.5 ROUNDS (-126) is a solid play between these 2 veterans. Both fighters know this is a crucial fight if they want to stay on that Saudi gravy train. The winner is likely to continue to get high-paying fights, while the loser is likely to be put out to pasture.

As such, look for these fighters to be very calculating early on, and very careful, so as not to have their night end on a big punch. In fact, it wouldn’t be shocking to see a decision here, and for a chance to multiply up by 3½ times, YES (+350): WILL FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE? is worth a roll of the dice.
