Due to the gravity of next week’s showdown between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens, the NFL has decided to move the kickoff from the 1:00 pm ET time slot to the later kickoff at 4:25 ET where it will be the national game.
This game has far more significance to the Steelers. The Ravens have locked up the No. 1 overall seed in the AFC and will have home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
But for the Steelers, they need this win. Unless you want to get into some ridiculous permutations for Pittsburgh to get in, you just need to remember the Steelers must win. If they don’t, they must then rely on multiple other games to get in.
The Steelers and Ravens squared off in Week 5. The Ravens beat the Steelers 26-23 in overtime. This time around, Baltimore has nothing to play for and could sit their starters. This would definitely help the Steelers in their quest to make the playoffs.
