After 14/1 odds to win the award entering the 2021 season, he now is the favorite, tied with Matthew Stafford, at 6/1.

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray is havingf a fantastic start to his 2021 season. Entering the season, he was one of the favorites to win the league MVP award. The three favorites then were Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers and Josh Allen.

Things have changed since the start of the season and now, according to Tipico Sportsbook, Murray is the favorite, tied with Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford.

Back before the season, Murray’s odds to win MVP were +1400 or 14/1 odds. Now, they have dropped all the way to +600 or 6/1.

You can’t argue the numbers. Check out where he stands in a number of statistical categories.

No other quarterback is in the top five in passing yards, completion percentages, yards per attempt, passer rating and touchdown passes. Plus, he is tied for the NFL lead with three rushing touchdowns.

Oh, and the Cardinals are 3-0.

Murray and Stafford, currently co-favorites to win the MVP award, face off this weekend in California.

The Cardinals face the Rams and seek their first win against them since Sean McVay became head coach in 2017. They also have not beaten Stafford since 2015.

It will be a fun weekend. Two MVP favorites battling it out in a divisional game between two unbeaten teams.

It is must-watch football.
