The Arizona Cardinals added another offensive lineman to their team and to their draft class. With their fourth-round selection, acquired in their Day 2 trade with the Detroit Lions, they selected UCLA guard Jon Gaines.
Gaines is 6-foot-4, 303 pounds and extremely athletic.
He is versatile, starting games at guard, center and at tackle, a total of 41 starts in all.
He will immediately give the Cardinals, at minimum, depth at multiple positions.
