Cardinals climb in Week 18 power rankings following win over Eagles

The Cardinals climbed all the way up to No. 24 in the latest NFL power rankings from Touchdown Wire.

The Arizona Cardinals only have a 4-12 record this season but are coming off an impressive 35-31 victory on the road over the Philadelphia Eagles.

Their dominant performance and victory earned a boost in the latest NFL power rankings from Touchdown Wire’s Jarrett Bailey in Week 18.

After falling from 27th to No. 28 following their loss to the Chicago Bears, their win over Philly moved them up to No. 24, ahead of teams like the New York Jets, Tennessee Titans and Atlanta Falcons.

The Cardinals’ record is worse than all of them but they have been playing pretty well. After a 1-8 start to the season without quarterback Kyler Murray, they are 3-4 since he returned to the lineup.

Considering the level of talent around Murray on the roster, to be nearly .500 in seven games is pretty remarkable.
