The bulk of the 49ers’ offseason moves are out of the way as the calendar turns to April, and now all eyes in Santa Clara will move toward the NFL draft.
With Chris Biderman getting a night off, Kyle Madson is joined by ESPN’s 49ers reporter Nick Wagoner to discuss how the team’s offseason has shaken out. Nick gives his take on the big-picture benefit of the DeForest Buckner trade, and why the move wasn’t simply a Buckner-for-draft-pick swap.
The guys then dive into what the 49ers should do with the No. 13 selection they acquired for Buckner. Nick discusses some of the wide receiver prospects, and what positions he thinks the team will address in the first round.
