Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig praises Colorado fans following final home game

Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig gave a special shoutout to Buff Nation

Although the Buffs only mustered wins in two of their six home games, Folsom Field was electric in its 100th season hosting Colorado football.

Every home game was sold out for the first time in program history and big names such as Lil Wayne, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Kevin Garnett, Terrell Owens, Kawhi Leonard and several others were in Boulder to watch Deion Sanders’ Buffs this fall.

However, it was ultimately the CU faithful that brought the most energy to Folsom Field this year. Following Colorado’s final home game, safety Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig gave a special shoutout to Buff Nation earlier this week:

Silmon-Craig, who spent the past two seasons playing for Coach Prime at Jackson State, has enjoyed a strong first season in Boulder and I’d expect him to come back for his senior year. Entering Week 12, his three interceptions are tied for the team lead.
