Camping World Bowl: 5 Keys to a Notre Dame Victory

If given the opportunity Notre Dame has to step on throats and not let up because the second they do the Cyclones will, get this, come storming back.

Anyone else grow on Mortal Kombat out there?  You had to have at least played it at some point.

Anyway, I digress.

Iowa State has sort of been like a cockroach to the rest of the Big XII this season in that, you think they’re done and all of a sudden, despite losing their head they’ve managed to stay alive and continue to scare the living daylights out of you.

They trailed Oklahoma 42-21 when the fourth quarter began in Norman this season and rallied all the way back to get within one before failing on a two-point attempt that would have given them an unlikely upset over the now-CFP bound Sooners.

They also trailed Baylor by 20 in the final frame before reeling off 21 unanswered points and taking the lead.

The bad news for them here is that they were unable to hold on and I know the two examples I gave have them losing both games, but they’re clearly a team that will not quit.
