The Oklahoma City Thunder pulled out the 111-110 victory against the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday night to pull their record to 3-4 on the season.
The Thunder went on different spurts throughout the game, including a bench run in the second quarter, forward Darius Bazley’s 11 straight points to open the third, big Mike Muscala’s nine in a row in the fourth and a Shai Gilgeous-Alexander stretch in the closing minutes.
They got the win despite big Zion Williamson and forward Brandon Ingram combining for 53 points and Steven Adams recording his first career triple-double.
