Bucs Week 18 Injury Report: Three players marked non-participants

The Bucs have held a walkthrough on Wednesday for a while now, but three players were marked as participants if it were a true practice.

The Bucs are a bit banged up before their ultimate game of the 2023-24 season.

There are a few things to monitor for the Wednesday report. For one, quarterback Baker Mayfield was marked as a non-participant, but his media slot on Wednesday along with some coy smiles from Tristan Wirfs seemed to imply he’s set to play. Cornerback Carlton Davis hasn’t cleared concussion protocol yet, but was a limited participant — edge rusher Shaq Barrett was a full participant but tight end Ko Kieft still was not. Finally, tackle Tristan Wirfs didn’t participate due to a shoulder injury so that is something to monitor.

Here’s what the injury report looks like for Wednesday:

On Carolina’s side, quarterback Bryce Young was a full participant after suffering a back injury. Kicker Eddie Pinero did not participate with a hamstring injury and two players, including running back Miles Sanders, suffered an injury.
