Bucs vs. Panthers injury report: Good news, bad news for Tampa Bay

Check out the latest injury report for Sunday’s game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Carolina Panthers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Carolina Panthers have released their latest injury reports for Sunday’s game, and there’s both good and bad news for the Bucs.

Multiple players were upgraded in terms of practice participation Thursday, as wide receiver Julio Jones (knee) and right guard Shaq Mason (ankle) were both limited participants after missing Wednesday’s practice. Rookie defensive lineman Logan Hall (groin/abdomen) was a full participant in practice Thursday after being limited on Wednesday.

On the other side of the coin, cornerback Carlton Davis III (hip) missed Thursday’s practice after being limited on Wednesday. Defensive lineman Akiem Hicks (foot), cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting (quad) and tight end Cameron Brate (neck) all missed practice Thursday for the second day in a row.

The big change for the Panthers came from defensive lineman Matt Ioannidis, who missed practice Thursday after being limited on Wednesday due to a neck injury and concussion protocol.
