Bucs reveal jersey numbers for new offseason additions

See which jersey numbers have been assigned to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ newest additions

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have made a handful of new additions to the roster this offseason, and now we know which jersey numbers they’ll be wearing for the upcoming season.

Greg Auman of Fox Sports put out the list Wednesday, headlined by safety Jordan Whitehead returning to the No. 3 jersey he wore in college at Pitt, instead of the No. 33 he wore for his first four seasons in Tampa Bay.

Cornerback Bryce Hall will wear the No. 21 jersey that was just vacated by former Bucs running back Ke’Shawn Vaughn, while offensive lineman Sua Opeta will take Donovan Smith’s old No. 76.

The No. 93 jersey, worn most recently by Gerald McCoy and Ndamukong Suh, will go to defensive lineman Eric Banks.
