The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have released linebacker Kenny Young, the team announced Monday.
Young was originally signed to the Bucs’ practice squad, but was elevated to the active roster last month. The team has yet to announce a corresponding move to fill the open spot on their active roster.
After spending most of his time in Tampa Bay on special teams, Young will now have an opportunity to catch on elsewhere.
