As the Tampa Bay Buccaneers head into a daunting offseason full of challenges, general manager Jason Licht will have his work cut out for him in the coming weeks.
Following the retirement of Tom Brady, the Bucs are staring at some big changes on the roster, and have already overhauled the offensive coaching staff. Throw in a long list of key free agents on both sides of the ball, and a challenging salary cap situation, and you’ve got plenty to keep Licht and company busy.
