Bucs complete OC interview with Giants QB coach Shea Tierney

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have completed yet another interview for their open offensive coordinator position

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have completed yet another interview in their search for a new offensive coordinator.

New York Giants quarterbacks coach Shea Tierney is the latest candidate to interview for the spot vacated by Byron Leftwich, the team announced Tuesday evening.

Tierney’s interview comes just hours after the Bucs also met with Georgia offensive coordinator Todd Monken about the position, the same one he held in Tampa Bay for three seasons under then-head coach Dirk Koetter.

After interviewing a long list of candidates, don’t be surprised if the Bucs make a decision on this job in the next few days, as they continue the overhaul of their offensive coaching staff under head coach Todd Bowles.
