That didn’t go particularly well!

It might be hate week, but Big Ten Network is trying to play nice, it seems. Though, it doesn’t appear to be working.

Michigan football and Ohio State are just days away from renewing the rivalry after an unaccustomed year off, so the conference’s flagship network shared a video it produced (from the looks of it, back during Big Ten media days in July) a video where it asked Wolverine contingent Jim Harbaugh and Aidan Hutchinson, along with Ohio State’s Ryan Day, to say nice things about the other.

Given topics of the stadiums, Brutus the Buckeye, the fans, and the school colors, Harbaugh and Hutchinson at least tried, while Day played coy and refused completely to say anything nice about the maize and blue.
