The Cleveland Browns still have some questions to answer when it comes to availability for Sunday but we have some clarity Friday afternoon as well. While we will not have any information on the COVID-19 related cases, with Nick Chubb being the biggest name, until Saturday, we do know that Baker Mayfield and Myles Garrett will be active.
Update: Shortly after this publication, head coach Kevin Stefanski told reporters that Chubb and Demetric Felton would be out for Week 10. End update.
Unfortunately for the Browns, defensive end Takk McKinley will miss the game with his groin injury. McKinley came back in Week 9 but reaggravated the injury that had kept him out previously.
Mayfield and Garrett popped up on injury reports this week with foot issues but both have been cleared to play in Week 10 against the New England Patriots.
Only cornerback Greedy Williams, with a shoulder issue, will be listed as questionable going into the game.
With them being listed on the COVID-19 reserve list, Chubb, Demetric Felton, Nick Harris and John Kelly are not on the injury report but updates, or lack of updates, should come on Saturday.
Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah and MJ Stewart are also not required to be listed on the injury report because they are still on the injured reserve list. Both have been designated for return and could be activated in time for Sunday’s contest.
