Browns RB Jerome Ford scores TD after successful challenge

Jerome Ford put the Cleveland Browns on the board first against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Cleveland Browns took advantage of a short field to get on the board first against the Pittsburgh Steelers. But it wasn’t without a gamble by head coach Kevin Stefanski.

On third-and-goal from the one-yard line, running back Jerome Ford rushed forward and appeared to be stopped short of the end zone. Stefanski, though, challenged the call and won it to give Ford the touchdown.

The Browns need the win to keep pace with the AFC North-leading Baltimore Ravens and push the Steelers down in the conference standings.
