Browns listening to trade offers on RB Kareem Hunt after 2-5 start

The Browns are listening to trade calls on Kareem Hunt after their 2-5 start

The NFL trade deadline is vastly approaching in six days, and it appears the Cleveland Browns are in the mood to shop some of their expiring contracts. According to The OBR’s Brad Stainbrook, the Browns are actively listening to trade offers on running back Kareem Hunt.

Over the past two games, Hunt has seen just 10 total touches. After averaging 15 touches in the first five games of the season, this is a dramatic decrease. Requesting a trade this summer, Hunt may finally get his wish to maximize his abilities in a contract season. There is likely a contending team out there willing to overpay for a running back as talented as Hunt.
