According to a report by Albert Breer at Sports Illustrated, the Cleveland Browns are hiring Seattle Seahawks offensive line coach Andy Dickerson to fill the same position on their staff.
Sources: The Browns are hiring ex-Seattle OL coach Andy Dickerson as their new offensive line coach. Dickerson, who also spend time with the Rams under Sean McVay, replaces Bill Callahan in Cleveland.
Dickerson interviewed for the Browns OC job last month.

Dickerson had previously worked for the Browns before coming to Seattle. He had also interviewed for Cleveland’s offensive coordinator position.
Injuries and a lack of resources kept the Seahawks offensive line from performing at a high level over the last couple of years, but Dickerson has earned praise for his work with Seattle’s young linemen. Dickerson will have a far more talented and experienced unit to work with on the Browns.
That makes one more spot to fill on new Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald’s staff for 2024.
