It is only Wednesday so there is no need to panic just yet, but according to Cleveland dot com’s Mary Kay Cabot, starting right guard Wyatt Teller is in a walking boot after injuring his left calf against the New England Patriots. This is less than ideal news for the Cleveland Browns as they enter a two-week stretch against AFC North opponents.
Getting an idea of where Teller is tomorrow and Friday on the injury reports will give a clearer picture of his status for Sunday’s showdown against the Baltimore Ravens. In his relief, Hjalte Froholdt played the majority of the game at right guard for the Browns and faired quite well against the Patriots. While hoping for Teller, it is nice to know the Browns continue to have a stable of offensive line depth who can step in if called upon.
