The Cleveland Browns have battled injuries all training camp, and that did not slow down as they took on the Washington Commanders on Friday night. It has resulted in linebacker Jacob Phillips landing on Injured Reserve among other roster moves the team was forced to make to fill their 90-man roster back up.
